Returns & Refunds Policy
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Custom-Made Products
Due to the nature of our business, many products are custom-made, laser cut, engraved, fabricated, or manufactured to customer specifications.
Unless required by Australian Consumer Law, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

Products manufactured to customer specifications

Products cut to size

Engraved or personalised products

Special-order items
Please ensure all dimensions, artwork, specifications, and quantities are correct before placing your order.
Change of Mind Returns
For standard stock items (non-custom products), we may accept returns within 14 days of delivery provided:

The item is unused and in original condition

The item is returned in its original packaging

Proof of purchase is provided
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.
A restocking fee may apply.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

A description of the issue
We will assess the claim and provide a repair, replacement, or refund where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a product fault.
